Who we are

Open Panel Health provides this service. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Open Panel Health.

The service

For a one-time payment of $25, we call doctors' offices for the specialty, ZIP code, insurance plan and times you give us. We look for 3 offices that tell us they take your plan, are accepting new patients and have hours that fit your times.

We send the matches by text to the mobile number you give us within 1 business day of payment.

What "confirmed" means

A confirmed match is an office's answer when we called. Offices can change the plans they take, whether they accept new patients, and their hours at any time.

We don't book appointments; you contact the office to book. Always confirm coverage with your insurer before your visit.

Not medical advice

The service is not medical advice, and we don't recommend one doctor over another.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe.

Refunds

If we can't confirm 3 matches, we refund the full $25. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

We'll also text you within 1 business day of payment to say we couldn't find 3 matches, along with any offices we did confirm take your plan, are accepting new patients and have hours that fit your times.

To ask about a refund for any other reason, email us with your mobile number or receipt. We review each request individually.

Your information

Give us accurate details so we call the right offices. Never send us member IDs, birthdates or medical history; we never need them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to searches paid for after it is posted.
